Poppies throgh frosted glass.Isn't this a nice and impressionistic effect.Like a painting.Only real life.I have sometimes thought of doing some flower paintings.
I am thinking of buying an Apple Tree for Cooking Apples.

I remember as a child my mother baking apple filled pies.And now I think I may try to do the same.I remember my mother use to sprinkle sugar on the top,because the apples were so sour.And also,to add flavour I think to put little cloves in the pie,( we also use to use cloves as an anesthetic if we got tootache in the time waiting to see the dentist).How long ago it was.And yet,seems only yesterday.Time is such a funny thing.
I am wondering if I should do more cooking of items from the wood and garden.Nature provides many things that are free.and Organic.And cheaper,and better than supermarket freeze dried. Like these splendid mushrooms.My mother did mant home cooks.

Now I dream of eating fruit and food in my garden in summer with freinds, surrounded by flowers.
A lovely,enchanting colour to treasure-red leaves.Almost blood red.Mysterious , burning light the paint on a painter's brush. If you mix this red with a bright yellow leaf, the result is crushingly beautiful and inspiring to the eye.
A beautiful flower I must try to grow this summer
